We'll check availability, review your artwork and send an order confirmation with all the details including a total price. Once you arrange for payment we'll start production.

Our 100% No Risk Guarantee ensures your complete satisfaction. We guarantee that your promotional products will be imprinted just the way you ordered them. In the event the imprint differs from the artwork you approved, we will reprint your merchandise or refund your money. If your order arrives damaged or your items are defective in any way, we will promptly send a corrected order free of charge.

Please note: In order to issue a refund or reprint your order, we must arrange for return of the damaged or defective goods. Please contact us before disposing of or returning any merchandise.



After you have chosen the product(s) you want to order, e-mail us your artwork or logo. We'll let you know if it requires revision by our Art Department or can be used as received.

What if I don't have artwork?

We can help you create artwork or make your logo ready for imprinting. Just fax or email a copy of your logo or artwork and our Art Department will take it from there.

I have artwork but I'm not sure if it's usable

The best format for artwork is the original vector file. If you don't have vector art, we can create it for you. Please send what ever artwork you have.

Jpegs (.jpg), Pdfs (.pdf). Bitmaps (.bmp), Tiffs (.tif), Gifs (.gif) may be acceptable for one colour printing, however, they must be 300 dpi or higher.

How do I send you my artwork?

Colour Matching

If you would like a colour match, please include PMS colour numbers, rather than CMYK or RGB. We'll match PMS colours as closely as possible; however, exact colour matching is not guaranteed. Extra charges may apply for PMS color matching. If no PMS colors are specified, stock ink colours will be used at no additional charge.(PMS is an abbreviation for Pantone Matching Systemâ„¢, a color matching system used by printers and manufacturers worldwide).

Samples & Proofs

Sample Request Policy

We want you to be pleased with the products you order from Laser Advertising and recommend that you order samples of products you are interested in purchasing.

We are happy to provide your business or organization a sample allowance of up to $10.00 plus one $10.00 ground shipping charge. (Use the last column on the price grid for samples.) Expedited shipping for most items is available: Overnight, $35.00. Samples that are heavy or bulky, or samples from the United States, will be charged a higher amount.

If your samples and ground freight total more than $20.00, we will call you to arrange payment. *No charge samples are sent at the discretion of Laser Advertising Solutions.

Virtual or Paper Proofs

Our Art Department will prepare your artwork for production. We will send a free virtual or fax proof confirming the imprint to ensure your complete satisfaction before we begin. If you need to make changes, we'll work with you to get your artwork exactly the way you want it. We'll only begin production when you're completely satisfied with your imprint.

Pre-Production Sample

Laser Advertising can can supply a printed sample, for approval before production. Pre-production proofs cost $50.00 plus the costs of the item, set up charges, PMS matches and shipping. Additional production time is generally between two to ten working days.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, money orders and certified cheques. We also offer payment terms for businesses. Please contact us for a credit application. If credit is extended, please note that all orders are payable upon receipt unless otherwise specified on your invoice.

Most first time orders are paid by credit card to facilitate prompt production and delivery.

While we make every effort to keep our website up to date, from time to time the price of a product may change without notice. We reserve the right to change prices on the website at anytime. If the web price is incorrect on an item that you have ordered, we will contact you immediately with the new price.


Rush Orders

Most products are available in less than the Normal Production Time. Call us at 604.685.9900 and we will confirm the rush options. Please note that rush service applies only to the manufacturing process; your items will ship using the lowest cost ship method to ensure on time delivery. There may be additional charges for a rush order.


Quantity Discounts

Discounted pricing may be available for products ordered in quantities larger than shown in the last price column. Please call for a quote.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via standard delivery (unless otherwise specified) using the carrier of our choice. We make every effort to ship your order by the most economical method to meet your required date. Laser Advertising Solutions is not responsible for shipping delays or loss of goods caused by the carrier, customs, or any other outside influence. All merchandise becomes the property of the purchaser at the time of shipping.

We ship from various manufacturing facilities in Canada and the United States. If your order contains multiple items, it may arrive in separate shipments. If you have questions or concerns regarding shipping or international orders, please contact us.


Privacy Policy

Browsing our Site

Visitors are encouraged to browse our site as often as possible. We won't ask you for any information, until you request a sample or place an order.

We will use your email address solely for the following purposes:

Third Parties

Terms and Conditions


Submitting an order to Laser Advertising Solutions Inc. on-line or by telephone and your subsequent signature on our order confirmation is a conditional acceptance by Laser Advertising Solutions Inc. of your consent to purchase merchandise from us and confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale as set forth below. The Buyer and Laser Advertising Solutions Inc. agree that any contract entered into shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.

Sales Tax

Laser Advertising Solutions Inc. is required to collect HST/GST in Canada.

Use of Trademarks and Designs

Any company or individual ordering custom-imprinted merchandise, warrants and represents that you are the legal owner or licensee of all rights, including copyright, to each trademark, logo, statement, or any other intellectual property included in the design you instruct us to have imprinted on the merchandise you purchase. Furthermore you warrant that the designs you approve for reproduction are in accordance with the guidelines of the owner of said trademark or logo.

You warrant and represent that no part of the design violates or infringes upon the rights of any person or entity nor is it subject to any restriction or right of any kind or nature whatsoever which would prevent Laser Advertising Solutions Inc. from legally reproducing the images or text.

You agree to defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against Laser Advertising Solutions Inc. for reproduction of the trademarks, logo or written information you supply to us which constitutes wrongful use of any copyright, trademark, or other right of any third party. Laser Advertising Solutions Inc. shall not be held liable for the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark that is applied to promotional merchandise purchased from us. Further, Laser Advertising Solutions Inc. will not accept liability for the actions of clients who have misrepresented their ownership of licenses or trademarks. Further, you agree to indemnify and save Laser Advertising Solutions Inc. harmless from any loss or damage associated with any such claim, suit or proceeding.

Reproduction of Trademarks and Logos on Our Web Site

All items shown on our web site containing corporate logos or registered trademarks are shown only to illustrate the logo reproduction capabilities of the companies that produce the respective merchandise displayed on our site. The illustration of any trademark on our website does not constitute an endorsement by Laser Advertising Solutions Inc. on behalf of the owner of said trademark or design.

Product Images Displayed on our Web Site

We warrant that we have not altered or enhanced any images shown on our web site to misrepresent the true nature of the product displayed.

Product Consistency

We cannot guarantee that all orders purchased through Laser Advertising Solutions Inc. will be 100% consistent in color and material. Minor variations in dye lots, and material thickness and finish are inherent to the manufacturing process. By placing your order with Laser Advertising Solutions Inc. you agree to accept merchandise with such reasonable manufacturing variations.

Transfer of Ownership Merchandise

Our products are sold F.O.B.(freight on board) at the factory, ownership transfers to the purchaser once the goods are picked up by the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Laser Advertising Solutions Inc. shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery resulting from acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control. Our specified ship dates for your order(s) are based on the representations of the factory where your merchandise is produced. We will not be held liable for any special damages or consequential claims that exceed the invoiced value of the merchandise purchased if merchandise is not shipped on the specified date or is delayed in transit.


We warrant that all merchandise sold to you by Laser Advertising Solutions Inc. is free of any security interest. We shall make available all transferable warranties from the manufacturer of the merchandise available to you, the buyer. We do not express or imply any warranties as to the fitness for purpose of the merchandise you purchase from us.

Cancellation and Change Orders

You may cancel your order any time before pre-production starts. Should you cancel your order after the commencement of pre-production, you will be charged a processing fee of $50.00 to cover order processing and art preparation expenses. Once you have approved your artwork, your order will be sent to the manufacturer and production will begin. We may not be able to change or cancel your order once production has started. In addition, you are liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work that may have been completed up to the time that we are able to cancel your order. These charges may include but are not limited to, setup fees, artwork preparation, shipping and restocking charges.

Under/Over Runs

Due to the nature of printing and decorating promotional products, small over or under runs sometimes occur. We make every effort to minimize the occurence. Industry standards are plus or minus 5%. We will invoice you for the exact quantity shipped.

Claims, Adjustments & Returns

Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns of logoed/custom products. Inspect your merchandise for defects on arrival and contact Laser Advertising at 604.685.9900 if you discover a defect. Please do not return merchandise without first receiving a Return Authorization. Claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be resolved with the carrier.

In the event that you receive misprinted or incorrect merchandise, please contact us for assistance. Our No Risk Guarantee ensures your complete satisfaction.

Payment Terms

We may grant payment terms after reviewing your credit application. Credit approval is at the discretion of Laser Advertising Solutions and we reserve the right to refuse credit to anyone for any reason. A service charge may be assessed on all past due balances at the rate of 1.5% per month.

Returned Cheques

We charge $50.00 for cheques returned NSF (non-sufficient funds).
